Did a terrible job on installing hardwood floor. He failed to read instructions and tried to do a rush job without first checking the level of the floor. The client asked for the flooring to be stapled down but he convinced them that it was only made for installing as a floating floor. After taking the floor up after finding he needed to level some spots he insisted they had to buy several rolls of underlayment for floating floors. The client had read the instructions and it stated the flooring could be stapled down and the underlayment used is roof felt, which was alreay purchased. After convincing this person that it had to be floated it cost $600 more for the underlayment. Now that he finished, but not totally, the floor has movement. The client has tried reaching the owner/installer but they will not return the calls. BAD COMPANY, BAD INSTALLER AND CHARGED WAY TOO MUCH FOR A BAD FLOORING INSTALLMENT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!!
